EXPERT LINE Applicator Gun Cleaner
Novelty preparation for removing fresh grime from surfaces by use of polyurethane systems solutions.

Usage:
  • removes uncured foam and polyurethane adhesive,
  • indispensable while cleaning the valves in cans and guns dispensing one-component fixing and sealing foam,
  • ideal agent for degreasing steel surfaces before using polyurethanes and silicones,
  • removes lubricants, oils, grease and the like, as well as other substances and materials.

Product features:

  • the carrier gas used in the preparation is ozone friendly.

Directions for use:

  • Surface cleaning:
    • attach the red spray nozzle to the valve of the Expert Line Cleaner preparation,
    • spray the foam or polyurethane adhesive grime,
    • when the polyurethane can opening is cleaned, spray the Cleaner carefully on the valve and the gun adapter,
    • remove the grime with a dry cloth.
  • Gun cleaning:
    • detach the gun from the polyurethane foam can and remove the residual foam form the gun by pulling the gun trigger.
    • attach the red spray nozzle to the Cleaner valve and spray the gun basket,
    • remove the red spray nozzle and place the Cleaner in the gun basket,
    • pull the gun trigger again.
    • repeat until all the polyurethane foam is removed from the gun's interior assembly. Dry carefully all cleaned surfaces.
